Thank you for your interest in volunteering for our 6th annual Midwest Maifest in New Town at St. Charles. We appreciate your time and know we cannot do what we do without you!

Feel free to sign-up for multiple shifts and share this sign-up with friends.

Volunteer Check-in will be at the St. Charles-Ludwigsburg Sister Cities booth on Civic Circle Drive.

Volunteer position Include:

  • Set up: may include lifting/carrying tables and chairs, hanging banners, delivering items to vendors, setting up trash collection sites
  • Break down: removing tables and chairs, retrieving items from vendors, organizing trash bags/containers for easy pick up by New Town
  • Ticket booth: set up, checking IDs, ticket sales, wristbanding, answering questions
  • Sister City booth: including silent auction/raffle
  • Vendor relations: delivering necessary items to vendors as requested (ice, trash bags, etc)
  • Stage manager
  • Floater
